• 30 years of construction experience

• 10 years as an Electrical Contractor

• 10 years as a Plumbing Contractor

• Holder of a Certificate of Competency as an Electrical Safety Inspector

• Required by law to complete continuing education.

Proof of 10 hours of continuing education from an approved training agency must be submitted each year. With the exception of electrical 30 hours per 3 years.
