Our reports are custom to each home inspection. These are not cookie cutter reports.

As a result, the report is not produced at the time of inspection.

It will be made available the following day.

Since it is not possible to produce this report the same day no rush inspections will be performed.

An inspection is a serious matter and demands our full attention.

After receiving the report the client should review it in its entirety and is encouraged to ask the inspector to explain any items in question.
