NEW CONSTRUCTION INSPECTIONS

Inspector Mike has taken and passed all 4 proctored tests  offered by the Board of Building Standards of the State of Ohio.

This makes him one of select few qualified to perform a new construction inspection.

EXISTING HOME INSPECTIONS

While Ohio does not regulate or test Home Inspectors, again Inspector Mike is one of the few that knows the code(s) and  is not afraid to educate his clients on what is and is not  required to be upgraded.

ELECTRICAL INSPECTIONS

Inspector Mike meets the requirements of 3783 of the Ohio Revised Code allowing him to see if the components of the electrical system are installed properly.
