Warranty

We are so confident in our inspections that we are going to warranty the interior electrical, water and gas systems. This warranty will last for one year from the date of the inspection. This covers the labor only to replace the defective items. It does not cover any bursting of pipes or overloading of electrical circuits. This free warranty is offered at the discretion of the inspector.
