What is an Evaluation?

An evaluation is not an inspection.

An evaluation is an opinion of systems that the evaluator is  licensed and trained to work on.

An inspector looks at things and is not allowed to test some of the mechanical systems of the home.

The evaluation is of those systems which most homeowner need to know are safe and if they are going to have problems in the future.

Opening windows and doors, stating the number of rooms, looking at the driveway, etc. can be done by anyone.
